Yana [Iana] Vranesko

👋 I’m a fourth-year student pursuing degrees in Mathematics and Chinese, with the intent to pursue a Ph.D. in Mathematics, focusing on Analysis and Partial Differential Equations (PDEs).

👀 I’m interested in mathematics(obviously), languages, and machine learning. As to my hobbies, I really enjoy hiking, cycling, trying new foods, and practicing Gongfu cha. :)

🌱 I recently completed the SMALL REU 2025 under the supervision of Prof. Steven Miller, Prof. Alex Iosevich, and Prof. Eyvindur Ari Palsson. I am now working on my undergraduate honors thesis with Prof. Mihai Stoiciu.
